AG Trustees is an Italian company that combines knowledge of Italy’s legal, tax and wealth management environment with a legal arrangement of Anglo-Saxon origin recognised under Italian law.
It accepts appointments directly as trustee, co-trustee and trust protector, taking on the responsibilities they entail. It administers the assets placed in trust, fulfils the associated obligations and coordinates with the professional advisers involved, maintaining a unified view of the project over time.

Argos Trustees and Galvani Fiduciaria both have many years of experience acting as professional trustees. They share the same understanding of fiduciary responsibility: behind every asset are people, relationships and long-term plans that require care and attention.
Coming together
In 2025, recognising their shared objectives and complementary expertise and experience, the two companies began developing a joint project that would bring their strengths together.
Establishing AG Trustees
A new company dedicated to professional trusteeship was established, combining extensive experience under a distinct identity. AG Trustees commenced operations on 1 January 2026.
Looking ahead
AG Trustees draws on its expertise to help clients achieve their long-term objectives, building lasting relationships that support stability and continuity across generations.
